The Brazoria Spartans will promote, foster and develop the game of rugby in Brazoria County and surrounding communities, to encourage participation in the game by people from all sections of society and the community, whether as players, coaches, referees, administrators or spectators, and to provide the appropriate facilities for all who wish to participate.
