Sponsorships/Fundraisers: 2019 Sponsorship Form

We know that club sports are a big financial commitment. This is where you can help your athlete pay or earn money to pay for their fees. We offer a sponsorship program, where you ask area businesses and friends to support you. We have several sponsorship levels. The monies that you collect will go directly toward your athlete's balance.

What does your sponsor get? We will post the names of all of the sponsors on our club t-shirts as well as their information on our website and names in the local newspaper.

Last year we had several players pay all of their fees by collecting these sponsorships.

Remember, any amount collect over your fees will be applied to another player in need of financial sponsorship.
