Clyde LL Brewers (Minor) Can't Catch Up To Clyde LL Cobras

Clyde LL Brewers (Minor Division) watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 14-7 loss to Clyde LL Cobras on Friday. The Cobras took the lead on a stolen base in the first inning.

The Brewers collected seven hits and the Cobras had eight in the high-scoring affair.

The Cobras  got things started in the first inning. Eli Tidwell drew a walk, scoring three runs.

Karter Mackey was on the mound for the Cobras. The ace allowed seven hits and seven runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out seven.

Jagger Farmer was on the pitcher's mound for the Brewers. The pitcher surrendered 11 runs on five hits over two and a third innings, striking out three. Tristan Polk threw one and two-thirds innings out of the bullpen.

Raiden McQuade led the Brewers with two hits in two at bats. The Brewers tore up the base paths, as three players stole at least two bases. Wyatt Graven led the way with three. The Brewers were sure-handed and made some great plays. Graven made the most plays with seven.

The Cobras totaled eight hits in the game. Waylon Hukill, Cash Johnson, and Brian Sanchez each racked up multiple hits for the Cobras. Barret Muscatell led the Cobras with six stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with 24 stolen bases. The Cobras were sure-handed in the field and made some great throws. Hunter Hull had the most chances in the field with seven.
