Please read and understand our weather policy.  This includes all practice and game facilities.

If you hear thunder or see lightning, practice and or games need to be immediately suspended for 30 minutes from the last occurrence until you no longer hear or see thunder / lightning.  If you are within 45 minutes of the end of your practice, simply cancel the rest of your practice. The referee will determine the status of the game.

From the time of stopping the practice or game. Until your players are picked up or you can safely begin practice or the game again, your players are not allowed on the fields…no exceptions! 

If there is a Thunderstorm Watch.  Practice will continue as normal, but parents should not leave the fields….  Please have all parents stay for practice in case we need to cancel during the training.

If there is a Thunderstorm Warning.  All practices are canceled and any in-process practices are immediately cancelled.

If there is a Tornado Watch.  Practice will continue as normal, but parents should not leave the fields… Please have all parents stay for practice in case we need to cancel during the training.

At around 3pm on any given day if there are storms in the immediate area (regardless of watches or warnings), please watch the website, Facebook, Twitter, text messages, and your email for any announcements.  If no announcements are made, please show up as normal.

Also, keep in mind that we want to maintain the quality of the fields.  So, there is also a possibility if we get substantial rain and the turf becomes saturated to the point where normal soccer activity will likely damage the turf, the fields will be closed.  This will be announced on the website and via club-wide email no later than 3pm that day. 

Please note that we do not own the practice or game fields, other governing bodies may cancel activities on their fields.
