West Catholic Strength & Agility & Skillz Clinic 2025

Open to 3rd through 8th graders (Fall 2025)

WC Strength & Agility Sessions late Spring and early Summer 2025. Open to all student athletes who desire to improve sports movement and basic strength skills.

$40 Registration Fee ($20 for siblings) covers all sessions!

Registration Includes:

8 - 1 hour sessions

1 - 4 day clinic (2 hour sessions each)

Strength & Agility Sessions:

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5-6pm

OLGC School Gym (and parking lot depending on weather)

Start 5/6 - End 5/29

WC Skillz Clinic: 4 sessions

Monday thru Thursday: 6-8pm

June 16 - 19

OLGC Church Field

Church Gym is weather backup

This will give players 12 opportunities to get better in the offseason! One price ($40) gets you access to all the activities (That's only about $2.50 per hour of training).

Students must be attending an eligible Catholic School OR families must be registered at a participating parish (see 'About Us' for available schools and Parish locations)

Registration Fee Includes;

- Shirt / Shorts / Socks for the athlete

- Registration discount is applicable to the younger sibling ($80 reduction for siblings)
