Football

• Carroll County Parks and Recreation annually offers flag and tackle football for children between pre-k and the 7th grade.

• The registration deadline for this program is August 12th, 2019. The fee is $25.00 per child.

• Uniforms, pads, and a helmet will be provided for those that register for tackle football. Flags will be provided for flag football.

Divisions

• Pre-k-1st- The pre-k-1st grade age group will play flag football. Games for this age group typically take place during the week. Coaches will be out on the field with the kids during the games, taking the place of referees. 
  
  
• 2nd-3rd- The 2nd-3rd grade age group will play flag football. Games for this age group typically take place during the the week. Coaches will be out on the field with the kids during the games, taking the place of referees. 
  
  
• 4th-5th- This age group will play tackle football in the Tri-County football league, which consists of teams from Floyd, Fries, Grayson, and Carroll. Games will take place during the week and on weekends. There is some travel required in this league. 
  
  
• 6th-7th- This age group will play tackle football in the Tri-County football league, which consists of teams from Floyd, Fries, Grayson, and Carroll. Games will take place during the week and on weekends. There is some travel required in this league.
