Joshua Atkinson (Coach Josh)- President/ Co-Founder/ Soccer Dir- Mr. Atkinson has been involved in youth sports throughout the SW Dallas Co region for over 16yrs. He has operated as a youth football, basketball, and soccer coach for 10yrs and has acquired 9 Championships, 5- 1st place finishes, and 5- 2nd place finishes as a head coach. He is married and has 7 children (5 boys and 2 girls), all of which is or were athletes from youth sports to collegiate level. His mission is to give back to the community youth by giving them the tools to become successful adults, both on and off the field. That, with his belief in high standards and creating a family atmosphere resulted in him co-founding Cedar Hill Wolfpack Youth Sports. He currently works in the healthcare industry and has worked for Health Care Services Group for 11yrs.
Anthony L. McDowell (Coach Mac)- President/ Football Dir- Mr. McDowell is from Killeen, Texas. He graduated from Killeen High School class of 1987, and excelled in football, basketball, baseball and ran track throughout his high school career. He went on to Texas Tech on a football scholarship from 1987 to 1992. He was in the 92 NFL Draft, and was drafted 8th round 200th pick to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He proceeded to play three seasons for the Buccaneers from 1992 to 1995. For the past 8yrs, he has been committed to coaching youth sports. He loves being able to teach young athletes techniques and fundamentals. He also continues to pursue hopes of having a vast impact on their futures by introducing positive ways to pursue life on and off of the field, with or without sports, based on his own life experiences.
Lloyd P. Lewis (Coach Lloyd)- Vice President/ Coaches Compliance/ Safety Coordinator- Mr. Lewis is originally from Goldsboro, North Carolina. He eventually moved to Dallas, TX and graduated from Justin F. Kimball High School in 1986. Throughout his tenure at Kimball High, he played football and basketball. After graduation, Mr. Lewis played football overseas for the United States Air Force (USAF). He is currently a member of the Football Youth Coaches Association and a USA Football Heads Up Trained Coach and Safety Coordinator. He has been coaching youth football, basketball, and baseball for 19 years. Mr. Lewis strongly believes in teaching youth and adult athletes alike, both the fundamentals of sports as well as sports safety. He is an advocate for being consistent at working hard to accomplish your goals.
James Lockwood (Coach Lockwood)- Vice President/ Co-Founder/ Org Liaison/ Compliance- Mr. Lockwood has been involved in youth sports throughout the Southwest Dallas County region for over 16yrs. He has operated as a youth sports coach for 13yrs and has acquired a vast amount of Championships and 1st place finishes throughout his tenure. He is currently married and has 4 children, all active in youth to collegiate level sports. His mission is to provide a generic, positive, family-oriented atmosphere to youth athletes while helping to develop their integrity, grit, and self esteem through organized athletics. His mission led him into being a co-founder of Cedar Hill Wolfpack Youth Sports. Mr. Lockwood has spent 16 years in corporate America, and has continued to utilize his corporate and coaching experience throughout the sports industry.
Shagala N. Bonner (Nicky)- Dir of Admin Operations- Mrs. Bonner is also from Killeen, Texas. She graduated from Killeen High School class of 1994, and excelled in volleyball, basketball, cheerleading and track and field throughout her high school career. She played volleyball 2 years at Cedar Valley College and went on to attend the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the College of Education in 2000 from UNT. She later obtained her Masters’ Degree in Business Administration in 2005 from the University of Phoenix. She has only been in the youth sports arena for 2 years, but is a vital part to our success behind the scenes. She has either been around sports or involved with sports her entire life. Currently, she works as an Accounting Event Manager for a company named Anthony Travel that specializes in sports travel.
Calvin D. Bonner- Director of Finances/ Treasurer- He is a product of both recreational and organized youth sports in Texas, having participated in soccer, baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and track. Mr. Bonner is from Clute, Texas where he graduated from Brazoswood High School in 1990 with honors in football, baseball, and academics. Calvin continued his education and love of sports in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he attended and played football at USAFA Prep in 1990 and the United States Air Force Academy in 1991. He decided to depart the service academy and focus on pursuing a career in finance outside of the military. He was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University in 1995. Mr. Bonner has worked 24 years in accounting and contributes his financial expertise to individuals and small businesses. He is currently employed as an Accounting Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis with Oncor Electric Delivery. In addition, he is a member of NAYS and has served on the board of the Texas Buccaneers as Treasurer for two years.

Chalamaine Armstrong- Dir of Network and Marketing- Mrs. Armstrong is a wife and mother of 7. She enjoys quality time with her blended family that includes; 5 girls and 2 boys between the ages of 27 - 13. She is also currently a Mortgage Originator and Branch Manager for Gold Financial Services in Dallas and Waco, TX. She has been in the business since 1994 and specializes in custom mortgages to fit every individual or family's needs. Mrs. Armstrong was recognized by the TDHCA in 2017 and has also been a recipient of several other various awards in the Mortgage and Finance field. She has been featured and quoted in the Gold Standard magazine and Featured Agent magazine. Also, she is serving her 2nd consecutive term as Treasurer for the Women's Council of Realtor's. She is very involved in the community hosting first time home buyers seminars with an emphasis on financial literacy and frequently providing training on down payment assistance and current loan information to referral partners. She's a multi-million dollar producer that believes in helping people achieve their dreams and looks forward to continuing this mission on behalf of the Cedar Hill Wolfpack Youth Sports Organization.
Deberina Atkinson - Dir of Admin Operations/ Co-Founder/ Basketball Dir- Mrs. Atkinson has been in the youth sports circuit throughout Cedar Hill, Desoto and Duncanville for 15+ years; involved in each of their soccer, basketball, and youth football leagues. She is married with 7 children, all of which is or were athletes ranging from youth sports to collegiate level. With her involvement and extensive interests in the welfare of the Cedar Hill and surrounding area youth athletes, along with the assisted vision in helping reinitialize the Cedar Hill area youth football atmosphere; she is one of the co-founders of the Cedar Hill Wolfpack organization. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Business and Management as well as a Masters of Science degree in Applied Criminology. She is currently a certified paralegal, an entrepreneur, a HCSG account manager and a youth soccer coach.
