Winchester Little League: Minor Division: Player/Coach Pitch: (Ages 9-11)


Age 9: September 2011 to August 2012
Age 10: September 2010 to August 2011
Age 11: September 2009 to August 2010

The Winchester Little League Minor Division program is the 3rd step in a player’s Little League career, which provides opportunities for league age 9-11 years old. At this level team managers/coaches introduce fundamentals of pitching, fundamentals of catching, throwing, hitting, base running and fielding. The Minor Division is a Player/Coach Pitch League. At this level of play all team will play in an end of the season tournament. A team hat and jersey will be provided by The Winchester Little League.

Please Note (1): All players at this age level are able to move to the Major Division at the start of every season, however players must be drafted into the Major Division.  
 
Please Note (2): In the event the Winchester Little League is unable to have a Minor and Major Division due to sign-up numbers all players league age 9-12 would be drafted into the Major Division and the Minor Division would be canceled for the season.
 (HOWEVER ALL PLAYERS AGE 9-12 WOULD STILL GET TO PLAY).
