Spring Soccer OPEN Registration 2020

Spring Soccer Registration 2020 is OPEN. If your new to soccer please create an account (this account will save so that in the future you could sign up quicker and we can get the needed information back to you faster). When your account is ready just click "Register" and fill in the players information to sign up for the Soccer Season. CCYS is k-12th grade coed teams.

If your more of a paper registration person: click on our "Forms" tabs and look for our print at home paper registration form. Just click print, fill it out and get it mailed in to the address that's on the form.

If your registering multiple kids, make sure and do it at the same time to get the family discounts.

If you would like to coach please contact Kevin at 541-217-9195 so that we can get you the background forms and needed information asap. If approved, the coaches own kids play free. If the coach isn't a parent, we can set up a coaches credit (this allows a coach to sponsor a player on the team.
