Tryout/Evaluation Day

Overview

Please read this entire note carefully!
  • This is called tryout day but it's more evaluation day. Everyone is added to a team and this is just to help determine skill level for each player

  • Tryouts are for BASEBALL ONLY. There is no softball tryout

  • Not every child needs to be at tryouts. If your player is staying in the same division that they were in last year, they don't need to attend tryouts

It is mandatory that all players attend the tryout session at their appropriate session. If that is impossible for your child, we have two options for you:
  • If you have a conflict at your assigned session, you must contact the league director and make arrangements to be at the evaluations at a different time on tryout day for an individual evaluation

  • In case of emergency or other unforeseen conflict, a parent or guardian of the player must call the league director and give a detailed evaluation over the phone to the director.

If neither of these two options is completed, then the player will be ineligible for the draft and will instead be randomly placed on a team after the draft is completed.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if you know your child will not be able to attend, please contact the league director: [email protected]
