All Coaches have three steps. Easy as 1,2,3, 4!
All courses are good for 2 years of certification.
Step 1:
Do a Background Check.
(Junior Coaches under 18 can skip this step.)
Checks are handled by our commissioner.
Step 2:
Complete an online course with YCADA.
Register below. Cost is $25

Enter these details when prompted:
Region: Southeast
League: Mid-Florida
Team/Mascot: South Lake Eagles
Division: Depends what age you are coaching (Tiny Mite, Mitey Mite, etc) If you don't know, it's okay to choose any team for now.
Team Level: Depends what age you are coaching (Most likely Level 1)
Step Three
Take One In-Person Class (Due to COVID-19, this class will be online.)
Mid Florida just released the class that will qualify for the in-person training but is now happening online and at a much lower price, only $20! (The clinic is normally $65)
You will have to

- Create and Account and sign in by confirming an email. You will need to choose: Region: Mid Florida, League: South East, and South Lake Eagles is your association
- Select “South East Spirit” for your class. There is no Promo Code. Have a credit card ready.
- Take the course.
This class will certify you for 2seasons of coaching/assisting.

Optional Rockstar Status: Take a CPR BLS Course!

We need at least one coach on each team to be CPR certified. This is mandated by Mid Florida. $14.95 and is good for 2 years.

Coach Jackets are Optional $75 (Please Order One Size Up. They are fitted and run small)

Fitted Leggings or Straight Leg Pants Available for $30 each (these are navy and stretchy and matched to all our apparel)
