Winooski Youth Baseball League (WYBL) strives to be an outstanding youth athletic organization challenging players through baseball and softball toward perfection of physical and mental skills while teaching the value of discipline and hard work individually and as a team. Our goal is to create a safe and positive culture in which coaches, parents, fans, officials, and athletes work together to provide an experience which allows every player to:   Have fun playing the game. Be an important part of the team, regardless of performance, and to participate meaningfully. Learn the skills, tactics, and strategies of the game and improve as a player. Learn "life lessons" of sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, confidence and discipline that have value beyond the playing field.
