It's the time of year where we hold our annual members meeting. This board meeting is open to all of our currently active members. This meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 at 7:00p.m. and will happen via zoom. A link will be emailed out to all members prior to that date. The agenda for this meeting covers the last season recap as well as what is coming for next season, a financial summary, fundraising update, equipment update, a comment period for members, and board elections for open seats.

For this coming year we have the following member at large board seats open for re-election:

If you are interested in filling any of these roles for the 2024 calendar year, term starting March 1 and running through February 28, please reach out to us via email ([email protected]) with your nomination no later than 2/1/24. We will distribute the list of nominations for each position to all members and voting will take place at our annual meeting on 2/13/24.
