Dear Friends of the Civics,

Please be sure to check out our new sponsorship options, we want to give back to you, our sponsors in every way possible by letting everyone know about you and your generous donation to our league and our children. We are now offering jersey sponsorships, not only will you be on a team’s jersey’s, in addition to all of the other opportunities offered in that package. Without you much of what we do wouldn’t be impossible.

The Martins Ferry Civics Association is a Non-Profit youth organization that offers multiple sports in the City of Martins Ferry. The Civics Association is a traditional program that emphasizes sportsmanship, goodwill among all athletes across all athletic programs and provides the opportunity to enhance specific sports skills, learn the responsibilities of commitment and teamwork, and strive for excellence within a competitive atmosphere.

By becoming a sponsor, it will benefit the Youth of Martins Ferry, OH and help maintain our facilities, so we can make sure that no player is turned away because they cannot afford it. Most of our registration fees go directly to uniforms because we want to make playing ball affordable to all. We commit ourselves to ensure a safe, fun environment for all, with that being said we need your help to do that.  We have fundraisers, and our concession stand that help cover every day operating cost for 3 playing fields and 2 additional practice fields, but we also need you, as community partners, to help us raise additional funds needed through sponsorships.

We are currently seeking out grants that would also help us make much needed upgrades to our fields such as: new fencing, field lights, and new field maintenance equipment, but none of those are guaranteed. With our 501c3 status, your sponsorships and donations are tax deductible. Want to join us in making a difference?  Any donation will help make an impact.

On the second page you will find the sponsorship options, but we welcome any amount you or your company is able to contribute. Please join the effort by sponsoring our association. By doing so you will be a contributing to making a positive impact on the local youth of Martins Ferry. •          Scholarship Fund for players who qualify as low-income

•          Business name in block letters on a baseball team’s jersey’s – This donation must be made by March 1^st so we are able to get them submitted and approved, please contact Lisa Hertler 740-296-0161 with any questions or to pick up donation
