•  This is a co-ed league and the age range will be from 5-17 years old.
• Age divisions will depend on turnout.
• We are a pick-up-game style league, meaning this is all about fun for the kids and light on time commitment.
• Games will be Sunday afternoons; there will be a short practice followed by a game for a total of 60 min. Game times will depend on registration turnout. 
• Games will be held at one of the North Pocono sports fields or Covington Park, field availability depends on the season..
• Registration is $30 with a $5 discount for each subsequent child. This covers the flags/belts, footballs, field access, field equipment, and league costs.
• You will need to purchase a reversible jersey that your child can use for the current and future seasons.  [LINK TO JERSEY]
• Equipment: No need to purchase football pants or gear. The only recommend gear would be a mouth guard and cleats (any sport). There is flag football head gear out there, but that’s totally up to you. We’ll supply the jerseys and flag belts; sweats/shorts are fine.
• We will hand out jerseys and flag belts and I will cover the rules and regulation at the start of each game on the first Sunday.
