Formally known as the Northeast Columbia Football Association (N.C.F.A.) we are now The Capital City Vipers. Our organization is a mentorship program that teaches life skills through the game of football. This program is offered to children between the ages of 7 and 13. We pride ourselves in academics and instill the importance of academics over athletics in our athletes.
