What division is right for my child?
Use this Little League Age Calculator to determine your child's league age and find the most appropriate division.
T-Ball – For kindergarten players.
B-Ball – For 1st graders, and some 2nd graders who may benefit from continued development of basic skills.
Farm League (Minors) – For players ages 7–9. Players have a solid understanding of the game, and this is the first level where kids pitch and catchers are used. Teams are formed through a draft.
Majors – For players ages 10–12. League-age 9 players may be evaluated by coaches and, if ready, can be drafted to a Majors team. All players are drafted onto NELL teams and will continue to play on the same team until they graduate from the League at age 13.
When are tryouts?
To be announced. They are typically held between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the Parks & Rec Gym. Exact date and times will be communicated as we get closer to the start of the season.
- Players already on a Majors roster do not need to try out again.
- If you're unsure of your player's status, please email: [email protected]
No tryouts are required for B-Ball or T-Ball—all registered players are placed on a team.
When does the season start?
Opening Day is in April. Additional details will be shared as we get closer to the start of the season.
When will I find out my child’s team?
- Majors and Minors drafts take place at the end of February through the first week of March.
- B-Ball and T-Ball teams will be announced by mid-March.
