Player Evaluations (Aug 30 - Sept 1)

Registration is open to all girls ages 4-14 years old to participate and play fast pitch softball. Player age determination for divisions is based on the age of the player on January 1st of the current year. The focus will be for girls to learn leadership skills, good sportsmanship and softball fundamentals enabling the girls to reach their full athletic potential in a positive environment.
The 6U division is t-ball/coach toss. The 8U division is machine pitch. The 10U and 11-14U divisions are player pitch.
Registration for the Fall 2021 season for 6U is $75(+$3 non-refundable service fee) per player, all other divisions player registration is $100 (+$3 non-refundable service fee) per player.
Parents/Guardian must register their own players. (i.e. - please do not register players other than your own under your account)
($25 Cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations that occur before the tryout date...after the tryouts are completed, no refunds will be given with the exception of cancellation for medical reasons...these however must be approved by the board. In the event of extreme circumstances( that cancel the season in full or in part, the board will meet to determine any refunds or credit options based on the expenses incurred by the league up to the date of the cancellation date.)
Player Evaluations (Aug 30 - Sept 1)
6u division does not attend player evaluations.
Divisions 8u, 10u & 11-14u will need to attend player evaluations unless the player is returning to the same team from the previous season. Player evaluations will take place Aug 30 - Sept 1. Head Coaches will need attend the player selection Thursday September 2nd and players will be notified soon after. Practices will begin the week of September 6, 2021. A more specific email will be sent out prior to evaluations.
Practices and Games(Sept 6 - Nov 19) All practices & games will occur Monday through Thursday nights, due to the size of our league this Fall we may also have to host some games on Friday nights as well. We are sorry, we cannot accommodate any special requests for particular game or practice nights.
Our goal is for all teams to play 8 regular season games plus an end of the season, single elimination tournament (8u-14u only). However, while the league will attempt to reschedule rained out games, we cannot guarantee that all expected games will be played. We cannot control the weather and the city makes the determination regarding field availability. With that said, if the end of the season tournament cannot be played then the division champions will be determined by the regular season record.
