This is required of all MIDDLE SCHOOLERS Football Players and Cheerleaders.
YOU CAN'T TAKE THIS TEST ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE. IT HAS TO BE

TAKEN ON A LAPTOP OR A COMPUTER.
    

This year is the first year GFL IS requiring ALL Middle School students to take the “Baseline” Concussion Test. This is an important and MANDATORY test that can be taken at home. This is required of all MIDDLE SCHOOL Football Players and Cheerleaders.



Testing Dates: March 11th - July 31st.

(Your CHILD will not be allowed to Participate in Football or Cheer in 2023 if they don't take this test by July 31st)
