All divisions are based on having enough participants to field a team (football or cheer) and coaching staff available.

Payment Schedule:
- Payments may be made online through Blue Sombrero or onsite at any registration (see dates at bottom)
- Payment schedule and amounts are set in Blue Sombrero based on our deadlines however you may pay early or late but final payment must be made by July 1.
- Automatic payments can be set up & you will receive an email reminder 7 days in advance. You can cancel or make changes to the credit card information at any time.
- Full payment must be received by July 1st in order for your child to receive equipment & participate on August 1. No exceptions.
Fundraising for registration:
- Krispy Kreme BOGO Card fundraiser is available to help cover the cost of registration. Cards are sold for $20 and participant receives $10 from every card sold to go towards registration fees. If excess money is raised over registration fees- the money will be placed in the child's account for post season travel/competition (if applicable). Restrictions do apply and fundraising money will not be refunded to participants- it will remain with OSA.
- Krispy Kreme Fundraiser begins TBD and will run until TBD.
- All orders & money must be turned in on TBD from 9-12noon at Sheffield Park.
- BOGO cards will be available for pickup on TBD from 6:30-8pm at Sheffield Park

- Deadline to register to participate in Summer Flag is May TBD. No exceptions.
Season Dates:
- Summer Flag starts TBD (must be registered by May TBD to participate)
- For Pop Warner participants that meet the deadline to participate for Reduced Rate***You must participate the first week of practice (unless you have reached out to Pam or Andre in advance) in order for your child to be placed on a team & a jersey to be ordered.
- Summer Flag practice will be Tuesday & Thursday
- First Summer Flag game will be TBD (Friday night)
- Season ends July 10th with Playoff & Championship games that week.
- July 3rd - No game unless needed as a makeup game due to weather. Practice will be held on Tuesday only that week.
- Pop Warner Equipment Disbursement- week of July TBD (detailed schedule per team will be announced at a later date)
- Season starts for Pop Warner Football & Cheer August 1st
