Updated June 15, 2020
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, to be a global pandemic. Since then, the outbreak has evolved rapidly with governments around the world taking swift action to slow the spread of COVID-19.
In response, we are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our community and provide peace of mind. Please monitor this page for updates about coverage.
Standard refund policy is in effect until July 1 2020:
Registration for the 2020 season is not refundable after 1 July 2020, as this is the date we are purchasing all equipment, materials and gear for the upcoming season.
Our Philosophy relation to this situation.
In earnest we are intending to participate in a full unabated season including playoffs and championships. We will take all necessary precautions within reason and stick within the given guidelines as established by the State of Washington, so long as they don’t not hinder the sport, coaching, or operations we working to incorporate, for a safe, healthy and successful season, All of our precautions and planning we are doing is to the advantage of the parents, boys, girls, coaches, staff members and board of directors of Mt. Spokane Mead Pop Warner. We intended to galvanize ourselves as being prepared and flexible to adjust our course when necessary as we work with you and all our vendors and locations to have a full successful season.
