Field Rentals

Eastlake Little League (ELL), a non-profit organization, authorizes the use of its fields and facilities only with prior approval from its Board of Directors. Use is limited to the specific field(s) or area(s) approved for the request. The Eastlake Little League complex, located at 1225 N Creekside Dr, Chula Vista, CA 91915 & Olympic Vista Rd, Chula Vista, CA 91915 includes—but is not limited to—the parking areas, gated fields, walkways, and any onsite buildings under ELL’s control.

All users accept full responsibility for any risks, including injury or property damage, arising from the use of ELL facilities. Users agree to hold harmless Eastlake Little League, the ELL Board of Directors, and any associated partners, entities, or governing agencies from any claims resulting from facility use.

All users must maintain current proof of insurance on file with Eastlake Little League. ELL must be listed as both the additional insured and certificate holder on an active insurance policy for all teams. Certificates should list:

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use, non-payment, or failure to follow the above guidelines will result in loss of field-use privileges.

Eastlake Little League (ELL) members are not permitted to use any fields outside of the regular season schedule without prior approval from the ELL Board of Directors or the designated board member responsible for field usage.

Organized teams (including travel teams) are not allowed to practice on ELL fields without completing all required steps outlined in this policy. ELL managers, coaches, parents, or players who violate this policy may face suspension as members in good standing with Eastlake Little League.

Instructions

All organizations or individuals requesting to rent fields must provide valid proof of insurance at the time of application. The insurance policy must list Eastlake Little League as an additional insured. In addition, a completed field rental request form must be fully filled out and submitted for review. Field usage will not be approved until all required documentation has been received and verified.
