NEW coaches/board members must bring the following 3 documents with them to take their badge photos:
- PRINTED COPY of their Heads up certificate (click here) You will have to set up account. Click here for instructions
- PRINTED COPY of their DOJ Background Fingerprinting (click here) paperwork & receipt. You will need to get your fingerprints done at a Live Scan location. The Gridley UPS Store does this.
- PRINTED COPY of Clinic email confirmation.
