The program is available for boys in grades K-8 and girls in grades K-6 who reside in the West Shore School District.  There is no tryout, but an evaluation process is conducted to ensure well-balanced and competitive teams. The recreational program opens for registration in September.  An evaluation day is held in October.  Practices start in November.  Games start in December and conclude by mid-February.

Teams will practice 1-hour once per week during a weekday.  Practices are held at West Shore School District facilities.

Games are played during the weekend at Red Land High School.  Games are typically scheduled for the afternoon.  The Coed, NCAA, and WNCAA divisions play on Saturdays and the NBA and WNBA divisions play on Sundays.
