BE SURE TO UPLOAD A CURRENT PICTURE WHEN REGISTERING
All documents need to be submitted on or before August 1st and hard copies brought to first day of practice in order for your child to participate in the first day of practice.
Physicals must be dated between January 1st and August 1st, and handed in No Later then August 1st. You can bring a copy of the physical form to your child's Doctor, have it filled out with their last physical information and dated with the current date.
