The Coastside Youth Association Football + Cheer program is a non-profit, local level, Pop Warner football and cheer organization administered solely by volunteers. The Board of Directors and other volunteer parents and family members are continually preparing for a broader, better-equipped and better-publicized program for boys and girls, ages 5-14.
Football requires a considerable investment in the safest, most modern equipment available. The organization must also pay for the use of the athletic field, personnel to prepare the field, equipment storage, liability insurance, referee's, and emergency medical technician expenses to name a few. As school budgets have been reduced, organizations such as Coastside Youth Association Football + Cheer have become the providers of physical education for today’s active elementary and middle school youth.
