Frank Cacia
President/CEO

Frank Cacia is serving in his 15th year as the Director of Raiders FC Summer Skills Clinic. He has been involved with soccer, as a player and a coach, for over thirty years. Cacia has been the Watertown High School Boys’ Varsity soccer coach for fifteen years. His teams have won two Middlesex League titles, three North Championships, and an Eastern Mass Championship. Cacia has also served as the Boys' Varsity soccer coach at Norwood HS, Newton South HS, and Ridgeview HS in Northeast Florida, where his teams won three consecutive District Championships. He has been named Eastern Massachusetts and Northeast Florida Coach of the Year, tallying over 250 wins in his high school coaching career.

After captaining the soccer team at Watertown High School, Cacia went on to play four years at University of Massachusetts at Boston. During his time at UMB, the Beacons advanced to their first ever NCAA tournament game. Cacia holds a National and Advanced National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches of America, a Bachelors of Science in Human Performance and Fitness, as well as, a Masters in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College.

Daniel D'Amico  
Boys Academy Director, Staff Coach

Growing up in an Argentinian-Italian household, Dan’s passion for the game was instilled in him at an early age.  Whether it was organizing pickup games, streaming Boca Juniors matches, or challenging friends on FIFA, soccer was always present. In 2007, he began his coaching journey with the goal of helping players find their own passion and joy for the beautiful game. 

Since then, he has spent over fifteen years coaching soccer at various levels and ages, ranging from preschoolers to amateur men’s teams.  His roles have included leading Saint Joseph Prep Boys Varsity team to the state tournament, coaching U9-U14 teams at various local clubs, evaluating and placing players in developmentally appropriate settings as Boys Director, and leading the coaching staff for the Watertown Little Kickers Program that reaches 300+ kids every season.  Through all this, Dan has continued to be guided by his commitment to providing kids with the learning environment and tools they need to develop their passion for soccer.


Milton Contreras
Goalkeeping Specialist, Staff Coach

Milton Contreras grew up playing soccer in his home country of Chile. He moved to the United States at age 14 and played four years of varsity soccer at Watertown High School from 1996-2000. After graduating from WHS, Contreras returned to his native Chile and played two seasons under Coach Claudio Borghi at Universidad de las Americas. Borghi played alongside the legendary Diego Maradona when Argentina won the 1986 World Cup. Contreras then spent the next 10 years coaching at Union San Fernando, a premier youth soccer club in Chile where he served as their Goalkeeper Specialist. 

Contreras returned to Watertown with his wife and two children in 2014 and currently serves as the Boys Director for Watertown Youth Soccer, as well as, varsity assistant coach at Watertown Middle School.


Corey Schofield
Director of Club and Player Enrollment

As Director of Club and Player Enrollment, Corey provides onboarding assistance to all Raiders FC families. He compiles and submits official USYS rosters to athletic governing bodies and registers each club team into seasonal leagues and tournaments. Corey also oversees the administrative management of Raiders FC web portals, the GotSport registration system, and Raiders FC TeamSnap accounts.

Corey is an experienced coach across multiple youth sport disciplines; including lacrosse, soccer, and baseball. Corey prides himself on being able to provide positive impacts to a widely diverse population of youth through safe and fun sports. A former Keene State College Div III lacrosse goalie, Corey continues to coach youth lacrosse and youth soccer in both recreational and competitive environments. At home, Corey shares his love of lacrosse with his wife, and the entire household has an incredible passion for soccer both on and off the field.

Natasha Friedman
Staff Coach

Coach Tasha started playing soccer at the age of 4, and has been playing competitively in club programs since 10 years old. She was a four year starter at Simmons University and achieved second team All-Conference honors. She has been associated with the Maccabi USA women’s open soccer team, as a player at the World Games in Jerusalem, Israel in 2017 (Silver Medalists) and 2022 (Gold Medalists), and in the Pan Am Games in Mexico City in 2019 (Gold Medalists). In 2018 (Gold Medalists), she was the assistant coach for the Maccabi USA U16 girls team. was head coach for the girls varsity soccer team at Maimonides for 4 seasons starting in 2017. She was head coach for the girls varsity soccer team at Maimonides for 4 seasons starting in 2017 to 2020. During her first year at Maimonides she built the team up from a previous season win percentage of .38 to a win percentage of .7; and took the team to the playoffs and made it to the second round for the first time. 

She currently plays for the women's team in the Eastern Mass. Women’s Soccer league under the division 1 for the Sidekicks FC, who made the USASA national tournament in 2021 & 2022, and will once again be participating in nationals this season after repeating as Region I champions. For the two years she has been a coach for Little Kickers/Skills in Watertown alongside Coach Dan.


Zerek Bianchi
Assistant Coach

Zerek has spent 13 years playing and coaching soccer at various different levels.  For the past 13 years, Zerek has dedicated his time to coaching across many different levels.  Starting his coaching career, he spent many years coaching for Watertown Youth Soccer and assisting coach Dan with his Little Kickers/Skills program.  Zerek then continued on to become an Assistant Coach for St. Joseph Prep’s Boys’ Varsity soccer team.  He has been a coach at Raiders FC for the past three years.  At Raiders FC, Zerek coaches the U11 Boys team, and has assisted with the U10 and U12 teams.
