Required registration forms will be filled out online by logging into the NEW sports connect website.
The process also will require a photo of your athlete and an electronic copy of the athlete's birth certificate. (Returning players please obtain copy of stamped birth certificate from Kayla or Athena)
DYFL cancellation policy: the only case in which a refund is considered after August 1st, is in the event in which a player/ cheerleader is unable to participate due to illness or injury and must be accompanied by a doctor's note. *** This is due to the fact that we must purchase gear, equipment and insurance prior to the start of the season to accommodate all.
