Required registration forms will be filled out online by logging into the NEW sports connect website.

The process also will require a photo of your athlete. Returning players your birth certificate should be already verified. New Players DO NOT Upload your birth certificate. An original copy with the raised seal must be turned in. You will get it back after certification happens, by the end of August. 

DYFL cancellation policy: the only case in which a refund is considered after August 1st, is in the event in which a player/ cheerleader is unable to participate due to illness or injury and must be accompanied by a doctor's note. *** This is due to the fact that we must purchase gear, equipment and insurance prior to the start of the season to accommodate all.
