COST

U4–U6: $30
U8–U14: $50
High School Club Team: $100 + full uniform kit
Non-Volunteer Fee: $40 per player

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches who are assigned to a team and attend the coach meeting will receive a refund for one player fee.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT

Pend Oreille Sports Association is entirely volunteer-run. Every family is required to take on a volunteer role to help run the program — coaching, assisting, refereeing, managing a team, helping with field setup, or working concessions.

If a family does not sign up for a volunteer role, a $40 non-volunteer fee will be added to their registration.

The program cannot operate without hands-on help from our families. Thank you for stepping up and making it possible.

SCHEDULE

The Fall 2025 season runs from September 2 through October 25.

Practices begin the week of September 2
Games begin Saturday, September 13
Final tournament games take place Saturday, October 25
Each team will play one doubleheader during the season

U8–U14: Games are expected against local teams, including Priest River

High School Team: Will compete in the WISL League, with travel expected to Spokane, Mead, Coeur d'Alene, or Sandpoint

EQUIPMENT

All players must wear shin guards
Cleats or sneakers allowed for U4 and U6
Cleats strongly recommended for U8 and older

AGE DIVISIONS AND BIRTH YEAR GUIDELINES

Players are placed by birth year, not by grade. This follows US Youth Soccer guidelines, which use the calendar year for consistency. Each fall, players move up to the next age group just like they would at school.

U4: 2021
U6: 2019–2020
U8: 2017–2018
U10: 2015–2016
U12: 2013–2014
U14: 2011–2012
High School Club Team: 2007–2010 (incoming freshmen through graduating seniors)
