• I applied for the T-Mobile Call Up Grant; do I wait to register my child?
  • Yes, wait till you’re approved for the grant before registering.
• I’m trying to register my child and there’s a waitlist; do I still sign up?
  • Yes, you will not be charged to be put on the waitlist.  We have a waitlist due to the number of players registered.  We want to make sure every player registered is on a team, unfortunately we don’t get enough volunteers signed up to coach.  If we get enough players on the waiting list and volunteer to coach, we will open registration or if a player drops out.

Pre-season

• Can I pick my child’s team or coach?
  • Unfortunately, no.  All divisions go through a draft.
    • Teeball and Rookie Divisions are blind draft.
      • Only exceptions are siblings and children of the head coach.
    • Minor Divisions and up go through tryouts if there’s more than two teams.
      • Only exception is siblings
    • Coaches are volunteers and may not return for next season.
• Does the League know when practice and game schedules?
  • Practices are depending on the coach and field availability.
  • Game schedules are determined by; how many teams are in each division and if the division will be interleaguing.  If there are 4 or more teams in a division, that division will not interleague.
  • If teams are interleaguing, schedules will be determined by D9 and the league will not know until D9 submits schedules.
• When will I hear from my coach?
  • We will have rosters to coaches a week prior to practice. 
• When is tryouts?
  • Tryouts will be TBD; times will be announced once we know our enrollment numbers. Tryouts will be held at the eagle park baseball fields by the Rec Center.
• When will practices start?
  • Practices will start TBD
