Shady Spring Little League Bylaws
The following rules are not meant to replace any rules in the Little League Baseball Regulation and Rulebook as published by Little League Baseball, Inc. (LLI). These rules shall be considered the policy of the Shady Spring Little League (SSLL or League), per Article X, Section 3 of the Constitution, and all policies shall be voted upon per Article XIII, Section 2 of the Constitution.
SSLL will have representation at the field anytime games or activities are scheduled. The Board Member on duty for a specified division, game, or event will have the authority in all matters related to the use of SSLL fields include, but not limited to field conditions and the cancellation of games, interpretation of rules, play and manager/couch conduct. If a Board Member decision comes under protest, the SSLL President will be the final decision-making authority and his/her decision shall be final and binding.
