The following are some frequently asked questions about Spring recreational soccer. 

Who is eligible to play Spring Rec soccer?  
Any child who is in currently in Kindergarten through 8th grade at the time of registration.

Kindergarten Academy is our in house program for players currently in Kindergarten.

Tri-Rivers Youth Soccer League is for players currently in 1st- 8th grade. Other communities in this league include Onalaska, West Salem, Bangor, Holmen, La Crescent, and Arcadia.

When does registration open?  
January 31, 2025

How quickly do teams fill up?  
Roster limitations are established by the league for 1st- 8th grade. We will make every effort to find a roster spot for your player.  However, if the roster is full and we don't have enough players to start a second team, we may need to return your registration fee.  You will be contacted in February if this occurs.  Please register early!  We welcome all players and accept registration on a first come, first serve basis.

When is the deadline to register? 
Registration will close on Saturday, February 15th at 11:59pm. After February 15th, registrations will only be accepted as roster space allows and will be subject to a $20 late fee.

When does Kindergarten Academy start? 
Kindergarten Academy is set to begin on Friday, April 25th. This program meets on Friday evenings for four weeks.

When does practice start for 1st-8th grade? 
Practices will begins in mid March pending weather and if the ground is dry enough. Practices are typically held at St. Mary's Cemetery Fields. Practice dates and times are at the discretion of the coach(es).

When do games start for 1st-8th grade?  
Saturday, April 5, 2025. Games are typically held on weekends, however weather may affect the game schedule. 

Who is my players coach and when will I hear from them?
Coaches are volunteers and often parents of registered players. If we don't have enough volunteers initially sign up, you may receive a request from us to consider volunteering. Rosters should be finalized by the first week of March and coaches will begin to reach out to their teams at that time.
