CYJP offers workouts over the summer to prepare players for the upcoming season. We work in conjunction with the Central High School Football program going over the same drills they use. The development of the players is the cornerstone of the CYJP mission. The younger players not only start conditioning but also learn the fundamentals from the high school players.
Summer workouts are great for kids who want to try football out and are on the fence about signing up for the tackle program It gives them an inside look at some of the things to expect during the Fall football season.
