As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we rely heavily on our volunteer parents to function. To make our Fields Project possible we need to create action committees led by volunteers. Our three action committees will be:

1. Design & Implementation
- Working with each specific school and community partners to design the ideal soccer/futsal field for their site
- Creating the logistic schedule, budget and identifying specific contractors for each school project

2. Marketing & Communication
- Creating a diverse array of methods to share about the project using print, digital, and in person outreach strategies
- Branding the project to make it easily identifiable with our constituents and key stakeholders
- Reaching out and responding to messages from stakeholders as project implementation begins

3. Fundraising & Sustainability
- Managing the fundraising campaign for the project, utilizing the diverse methods of fundraising including business partnerships, individual, and private gifts and grants
- Working on the partner contracting and sustained funding plans for each site project to designate the continuous funding needs for multi-year maintenance and service.
