It is non-competitive and instructional, and provides players with the opportunity to continue learning fundamental baseball skills. Any player who has already played TeeBall is eligible to move up to Single-A BaseballMinor AA - League The Minor League plays under Little League rules with some local adapted rules to balance fairness and competitiveness.
