Strength & Stretch: This full-body workout combines chair exercises with functional strength training to improve overall strength and flexibility. Using seated exercises and light resistance training, along with targeted stretches, this class helps build the mobility and endurance needed for everyday activities.
Yoga flow: This class will work to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. A chair can also be used to meet a variety of fitness levels. Each session supports joint health, strength, and relaxation.
Mobility & Stability: This class is focused on improving balance, flexibility, and joint strength Through gentle movements and targeted exercises, participants enhance their stability and range of motion, supporting safer, more confident daily movement.
