With multiple group exercise classes a week and exciting events and activities each month, you definitely want to be a part of this. Current Winter Group Exercise Class Schedule (December 4th - February 26th):
Strength & Stretch (Tuesdays 8:30-9:15 AM, Thursdays 9:30-10:15 AM): Enjoy a dynamic cardio mix class with low impact rhythmic movements and aerobic exercises that promote heart health, energy, and balance in a group environment. Get ready to be up on your feet and put some pep in your step!
Cardio Mix (Tuesdays 9:30-10:15 AM, Thursdays at 8:30-9:15 AM): This full-body workout combines chair exercises with functional strength training to improve overall strength and flexibility. Using seated exercises, light resistance, and targeted stretches, this class helps build mobility and endurance needed for everyday activities.
ZUMBA: (Wednesdays 11-11:45 AM): Zumba is a fun and upbeat way to get your heart rate up and body moving. This class features a mixture of different dance-style movements that together create a fun aerobic interval workout. Combining both dance and fitness, this class is a good time!
