All tuition fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason. This includes injury, personal reasoning or family relocation. Please note, once you’ve accepted a position on the team, the tuition is scheduled to be fully earned by the team and fees will not be refunded and will be collected if the players leave’s before the end of their payment plan.

This spot, that you agree to accept, has associated fees that contribute towards the team’s overall operating budget. Please note that if requested to be released from Cedar Stars Academy Atlantic County, the remaining tuition balance must be paid in full, for management to be able to proceed with the release of your account and player card. If a player is to leave the club, a refund cannot be considered as the paid fees are allocated towards the team’s overall budget.
