Bill Spulak

Bill began his Little League career in 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. His passion for umpiring baseball has allowed his ability to be a contributor at the district umpire staff level instructing junior, new and experienced umpires in baseball and softball. 

Bill’s umpiring contributions has enabled him to be selected to umpire at the Texas West State Baseball tournament in 2024 & 2025. Bill hopes to umpire at a World Series in the near future. Bill also umpires high school baseball and has umpired state championship games in multiple divisions.

Being part of the district staff team, Bill has co-authored an Emotional Intelligence course for umpires that will be included in umpire clinics. The focus is to help umpires become better aware of themselves to be better umpires on the field.
