We will need a copy of a valid driver’s license, child abuse clearance, PA Sate Criminal Background check,
and FBI or the Affidavit if you have lived in the State for the last 10 years and 
complete the Little League Training ( The Abuse Awareness Training Course and the Diamond Leader Training Program)
