Marysville Little League Constitution (2025-26 Constitution)

• A local league constitution is the governing document that a local league submits to Little League International for review. It is a legal document that governs the operations of the local Little League program. It covers items such as membership, election, discipline, finances, etc.

Marysville Little League Bylaw's (in progress for new season)

• The Bylaws constitute the operating guide to the day-to-day operations of Marysville Little League. Where there are differences between these Bylaws and the Constitution, the Constitution takes precedence. Enforcement of these rules is subject to appeal to the Board of Directors.
• Where conflicts arise in the interpretation or application of these rules, the more stringent ruling between Official Little League Rules and Regulations or Marysville Little League rules will take precedence.

Marysville Little League Safety Manual (in progress for new season)
The Little League “A Safety Awareness Program” (ASAP) was introduced in 1995 with the goal of re-emphasizing the position of Safety Officer to create awareness, through education and information, of the opportunities to provide a safer environment for kids and all participants of Little League Baseball.  Since its creation, ASAP has been embraced by local leagues nationwide, has helped to reduce injuries between 80 and 90 percent, and lowered insurance costs for participating leagues. This Safety Manual is a tool used to place some important information at managers’ and coaches’ fingertips. This Safety Manual shall be distributed to every manager and board member. A copy is also available at the Snack Shack for anyone to review upon request.
