CSA Hudson Valley’s Winter Training Hub is led by the top-quality staff of Cedar Stars Academy at their premier location, and provides supplemental training sessions designed to support player development throughout the winter months.

The CSA Winter Training Hub sessions are performance-driven, emphasizing technical execution, speed of play, decision-making, and game realism in a competitive training environment.

This program is intended to complement team training while helping players maintain and elevate their performance, enhance their tactical understanding, improve fitness and technical skills, and prepare for the demands of competitive play.
