| NVYSL Game Cancellation Policy | For U10, U12, U14, and HS: If the Home team does not call a game due toUnsafe Playing Conditionstwo (2) hoursprior to the scheduled start, then you MUST show up at the field. After the 2-hour mark, it is the Refereeās decision is a field is playable. Coaches can provide input based on safety concerns. Unsafe Playing Conditions include standing water and thunder & lighting. |

| Evaluations | To assist in future team placements, NQUSC collects coach evaluations of players on U10+ teams. All coaches (head and assistants) should create independent evaluations. Forms are posted on the Coaches section(s) of the website |
| Game Schedule Changes | Game Day rescheduling: 1. Contact Referee Director to cancel referee. 2. Send [email protected] requested make-up date(s) and time(s) to arrange for a field. 3. When you get a new date/time and location, send email to the Referee Director Kris Ambrozewicz ([email protected]) to request a referee 4. If not already done by NQUSC, send email to NVYSL age director and IT director. Advance rescheduling: 1.
