practices may sometimes be warmer than we've practiced in, fear not we will take frequent breaks
All players must have 10 hours of non-contact conditioning with helmets. Conditioning hours must be done with football and not with an alternate sport player concurrently. Shoulder pads may be worn.
DYFL cancellation policy: the only case in which a refund is considered is in the event in which a player/ cheerleader is unable to participate due to illness or injury and must be accompanied by a doctors note.
