Hasbrouck Heights Little League (HHLL) exists under a charter granted by Little League Baseball, Inc. (LLB). The league is bound by the Rules and Regulations of LLB and By-Laws that are approved by the members and filed with LLB. The governing body is a thirteen member board elected in September and serving until the following September. The voting body consists of current board members and managers. Coaches may vote if they have attended 6 or more of the monthly meetings in the prior year. The Board consists of a President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer and Coordinators for each of the four Leagues. Financial records are maintained and an audited statement is produced yearly and filed with appropriate authorities.
