The Martins Ferry Civic Association is a youth organization that offers multiple sports in the city of Martins Ferry.  The Martins Ferry Civic Association is a traditional program that emphasizes sportsmanship and good will among all athletics across all athletic programs.  The Rider youth will be given the opportunity to enhance specific sports skills, learn the responsibilities of commitment and teamwork, and strive for excellence within a competition atmosphere.

Seasonal league programs are offered to all boys and girls grades K-8.  The programs offered include:

Spring Sports- Baseball and Softball
Fall Sports- Flag Football and Cheer


Hundreds of the Rider youth grades K-8 and dozens of adult volunteers participate in our Civic Youth Programs annually!  In addition to the many participants and volunteers, several local businesses participate as team sponsors or provide general program donations each year.
