Rochester Youth Spirit is a non-profit organization. We are a competitive cheerleading team designed to teach athletes ages 5-14 the basics & proper techniques of cheer. We accept everyone from Rochester and surrounding areas. Everyone makes the team and our main season runs from August thru November.
