About Us

The Furman Women's Soccer ID Camp serves to help identify potential players for our program that meet the athletic and academic qualifications to be successful at Furman. This one-day camp provides ample opportunity for coaching staff to get to know the potential recruits, and the for the potential recruits to familiarize themselves with Furman and the college recruiting process. 

Furman Women's Soccer began in 1994 and has since then boasted a very successful program record within the Southern Conference. Furman is ranked by USA Today in the Top 10 Best Colleges for Women's Soccer based on quality of school, success of the program, and academic success of the players. 

Current Head Coach, Andrew Burr, paces the conference as the winningest Head Coach with over 180 program wins, 9 Conference Titles, 7 Tournament Championships, and 8 NCAA appearances. 

The 2021 Paladins recorded a successful SoCon season, winning the 2021 SoCon Championship game, securing their 7th Tournament Championship Title. They will compete in the 2021 NCAA Tournament beginning April 27, 2021.

Located in Greenville, SC Furman is home to 2,800 students. With a student-faculty ratio of 11:1 and 97% of students employed 6 months post-graduation, Furman prides itself of the success of the students on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.
