Documents Needed for Registration

You must register on our website by clicking on either "Login" for returning players or "register" for new players.  All returning parents already have a login account on this website. If any returning parents don't remember their login name and/or password, please contact [email protected]

• An original birth certificate (no copies) for the plyer.  Birth records are not acceptable.  
  

• Cash, check, credit or debit cards are accepted for registration fees.  The registration fee schedule and discounts are listed under "Registration Fees".  Expect all checks to be deposited on the next business day.  If the league receives a bad check, the parents and/or guardian of the player(s) will be responsible for the registration fee plus any bad check fees charged by our bank. 

• Three (3) proofs of residency, one from EACH of the following groups, showing your current address and dated no earlier than February 1 last year and no later than February 1 of this year (2 proofs from one group is counted as 1 proof):

Please note the following:

1.  Please note, if you do not have the required documentation as described, we cannot register your child. The proofs of age and residency are your responsibility.
2. You must present  your child's(ren's) Official Birth Certificate(s) for age verification (this is a Little League requirement, no exceptions!!!!). Only the original with the raised seal of the state issuing the birth certificate will be accepted, no copies.  It must say "Birth Certificate"; birth records from the hospital are not acceptable to prove age. We cannot register your child without seeing the original birth certificate.
   
3. For Proof of Residence, it is one document from each of the groups. For example, if you have three utility bills, we can only use one and you will be required to provide additional documents.
4. The key to the proof of residence documentation is that it "has your present address on it" and within the date guidelines. By Little League guidelines, we cannot accept documents with one or more different addresses.  Check your documents prior to registration to ensure accuracy. 
5. Volunteer Bond must be paid for PRIOR to your child receiving their jersey. The player will NOT be allowed to participate in any games or practices until the bond requirements are met.
