Flag Football Practice Schedule

The 1st Flag practice will be on Monday, Aug 19, and will continue on a Monday/Wednesday schedule for the remainder of the season. Practice will run from 6-7pm.
The flag game schedule will be determined after the tackle schedule is finalized.

August Conditioning Schedule

Here is our August schedule (subject to change).
- Please ensure that your player is properly hydrated.
- Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early so that check in and equipment fitting/adjustments don't impact practice time.
- Players and Cheerleaders should wear their registration shirts daily until instructed otherwise.

Our program has now switched to SYFC and with that comes a few changes to the way that teams are created.
