VOLUNTEER REFUND

Volunteers make our league successful.  The more volunteers we have, the easier and more fun it is for everyone. Volunteers can be parents, guardians or any other family member/friend who is 18 or older.

As part of the registration process, a $30 volunteer fee will be added to each child participant's registration fee.  This $30 per child participant fee is fully refundable upon completion of the mandatory volunteer hours as set forth below; provided, however, the volunteer checks in on game day to obtain proper credit for volunteer hours.  

Our league requires 3 hours of mandatory volunteerism per child participant during regular season.  Volunteer hours can be fulfilled by staffing the concession stand, collecting gate fees, pre-game set-up and post-game clean-up, and cheer competitions. Our league uses signup.com for easy scheduling.  The link will be available once the season begins.

Please note: Any volunteer hours given during any pre-season games/jamborees that Newington may host DO NOT count toward the mandatory 3 hours of regular season volunteerism.
